Jim has more than 15 years of experience leading teams and improving operational excellence. With insights gleaned from his work with 15 different industries, Jim provides business leaders with relevant and concise recommendations for scaling their company. He has helped more than 75 small- and mid-size businesses improve their financial practices and profitability by leveraging technology, best practices, and key analytics. Jim has also served as the financial director for a global non-profit based in Atlanta, GA, and has led financial operations in 8 M&As.
